Points are not allocated immediately to accounts and will be allocated between 3-35days after purchase. If points are allocated and you decide to fully or partially return your order, points will be deducted from your account accordingly.
Points from any purchases prior to 23rd July 2024 are not eligible for points and will not show in your account.
If the email address used for an order is not the same email address associated with your MERABI Rewards account, you will not be eligible for points. The email address associated your account must be used when ordering online to gain points.
