Yes, please use our Returns Portal to get a reduced rate of £5 (UK orders)/£25 (international orders)

As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, we have introduced paperless returns labels for UK orders. You will now receive a QR code instead of a printed shipping label. 

Return and customs fees must be covered by the sender. 

Canadian Returns

Canadian customers will receive a full refund of any Duties & Taxes paid when returning eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note that once your return has been received and processed, your refund will include:

• The purchase price of the returns item(s) (subject to our Returns Policy); and
• A full refund of any Duties & Taxes paid on your original order. 

Refunds will be issues to your original payment method once your return has been successfully processed. 

This policy applies to eligible returns from Canada and is subject to the terms and conditions of our standard Returns Policy.
