How do I arrange a return?Updated a month ago

We are confident you will love your MERABI. However, if it isn't quite right, we have a simple returns process for you to follow!

To arrange a return, please visit the Returns Portal. Click the link to our Returns Manager page and select the website you purchased from. 

Please be aware that we offer a flat rate for all returns when arranged via our Returns Manager. Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees back. 

To receive a refund for your return:

• Your MERABI must be raised on our Returns Portal and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt
• You must ensure that your return is in perfect, unworn condition and has all tags and labelling in place. Please note that if your return is in an unsellable condition, it will be returned back to you. 

Please note, final sale items are not returnable. 

Canadian Returns

Canadian customers will receive a full refund of any Duties & Taxes paid when returning eligible items in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Please note that once your return has been received and processed, your refund will include:

• The purchase price of the returns item(s) (subject to our Returns Policy); and
• A full refund of any Duties & Taxes paid on your original order. 

Refunds will be issues to your original payment method once your return has been successfully processed. 

This policy applies to eligible returns from Canada and is subject to the terms and conditions of our standard Returns Policy.
