Where do I track my UK parcel?Updated 8 days ago

As soon as your MERABI has been dispatched, you will receive an email including a link to tracking your delivery via carrier portal.

If your delivery has not updated or arrived, please get in touch with our Client Care Team via [email protected] within 48 hours from expected delivery date. 

For UK orders, use Track Package button on our shipment confirmation email and it will direct you to the relevant courier's official tracking website.
