Why does my Tier status not reflect my current points?Updated 7 months ago
Points will be allocated to your account between 3-5 days after placing an order, so please do allow some time for your account to be updated. For members moving into a new tier a 35-day pending period is required in case of order cancellations or returns. Once the 35-day pending period is completed eligible members will move into their new tier and unlock new benefits.
If for any reason you feel your tier status does not match your points, please contact [email protected].
Don’t forget the email address used for an order must be the same as the email address used for your MERABI Rewards account for you to collect points. Any purchases made with a different email address to that associated with your MERABI Rewards account will not be eligible for points.
